Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born October 4 1979, is an American actress. She has starred on the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She is also an actor on the TV shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are her voice actors. The series began with the English version of Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). She is a part-Italian and from Italian descent. Cook made her public service announcement in foster care when she turned seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a print model for children by the age 10 and was featured in national advertisements for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, as well as Minneapolis South High School.
